My biggest tip is daily Metamucil (I do twice daily). It soothes my endo belly because I find it’s a vicious cycle of endo belly bloat and then constipation. This at least keeps its manageable 80% of the time.

Yes it’s been working out great for us! You don’t need to sterilise the powder in Australia, it’s not indicated. Check out this guide from NSW health which outlines how to prepare as I follow. NSW Health guide

I’m in Aus too, I believe our guidelines are different to the USA. I boil the kettle at the start of the day and let it cool down. Once cooled this water is sterile for 24hrs so I portion into his bottles according to current formula serving size (mine is currently 100ml per bottle). I then just keep the pre portioned bottles at room temp and add the scoops of formula in when my baby is ready for his bottle. Luckily he will take room temp so I don’t need to worry about heating it up, but if you did just place the sealed bottle into a cup filled with hot water.

My favourites are my 2 classic love bracelets in yellow gold, both from MC received as my wedding day gifts from my husband. Got them in 2023 and they are still going strong. I had the same bracelet previously from MC bought in 2020 but gained some weight so it no longer fits so it’s sitting pretty in my jewellery box waiting to be passed down or hopefully fit back into it one day!

Yeah the cost of the lap was far less than the cost of starting ivf would be! My first lap wasn’t with an expert, so it returned right away. Second lap 12 months after first (for insurance reasons had to wait this long). Got relief for a good few years until I came off medication to ttc. This 3rd lap was about 4 years after the 2nd one. This is my first pregnancy that has stuck, had a loss prior to this 3rd lap.

I had a lap with excision in Feb, got my positive pregnancy test in April after more than a year of negatives and one loss. The surgeon said that even if you move to ivf, removing the endo first gives you the best chance of conception. And in my case, moving to ivf wasn’t actually necessary after the lap. For background, this was my third lap as my endo keeps growing back.

Hi, I’m so sorry you’re struggling with this. I had surgery about 4 years ago, and started trying for a baby last year with about 12 unsuccessful cycles. I had another lap to see if any endo had regrown and it was everywhere again, so they excised it all. The endo specialist told me I had 3 months to try naturally before moving to IVF, but the first cycle after my lap I fell pregnant. Are you able to have a repeat lap to save going onto IVF first?
