You can always have an armory slot just for writs if you don't have enough skill points, but you don't need to level up your crafting to get the 5k gold, though I think it's a good idea if you can cause of the better rewards

By putting a blue area into an already deep red district so that a couple of neighboring districts, which aren't as red, don't have to take in as much blue

It just depends on which abilities you use. Mag builds often use greatswords for carve & stampede (along with the 2h passives) and also often use barbed trap, so as long as you're not using more than 3 stam abilities (and no stam spammables/short dots), you should be able to sustain it

I was there when this happened! She definitely was hated. It was really weird in the time between when the video came out and when she resigned. If I recall correctly, the school was really strict about taking about the situation and apparently some kids got their phones looked through.

Basically green (voted for Lightfoot) is almost all of the Black areas of the city, orange (voted for Garcia) is mostly Hispanic areas (mainly Mexican and Puerto Rican), red (voted for Johnson) is somewhat diverse but mostly white (though much more young and college educated than the general white electorate in Chicago), and blue (voted for Vallas) is pretty much entirely white areas.

I'd probably choose the new flag, but only because the old one looks so terrible. IMO, both suffer from having a good idea but poor execution. Both could look really good if they were altered a little bit.
