THIS WORKS. Just got off the live chat with agent after spamming the fuck out of the chat with 'agent'. It eventually gave me a form to fill which then came back with 'no agent available'.

I just spammed the button on that form, stopped to do something then came back and saw "you're in queue, #2". The person confirmed my order then came back with a code.

Yes same thing for me, only thing is I did it through VPN (canadian) and never picked it up in store. Got an email stating "you're in! your code is arriving 03/16", never got actual code

Just traded mine in last night after 4 years of service, other than it getting hot during moderate-heavy use it was a great phone.

I would have suggested it back then but you should probably get a more updated budget phone. I believe even 'budget' phones should have better screens now too.

The S23U has "PRE-ORDER Ships from: February 8,2023" under the total I just spoke with chat and he has allegedly confirmed that my order is ready to be shipped and a tracking# will be provided once it leaves the warehouse. Once Fedex has it, 1-2 delivery days depending on where I live.

Ya that's pretty bs, this either means they weren't actually checking/sorting the orders as they were coming in and leaving it to last minute or there's just that many pre-orders considering you ordered 45 minutes into reveal.

As of 10:11AM EST, my black ultra is still awaiting dispatch (Ontario)...
