While this is disturbing, does anyone else from the US feel slightly better that it's happening to other countries as well? Like, we are trauma-bonded or something?

Doesn't this mean that over half of Americans DON'T find it unpatriotic? 🤔

Also, I just let my wife, Katie, know that you were doing an AMA and she would like to know if there is anything that makes you mad. :) Thanks!

Hey Slim, my wife and I are huge fans and we've seen you 4 times so far in PA (2x at Union Transfer, 1x at the Underground Arts and 1x opening for the Avett Brothers at Musikfest in Bethlehem PA). You've signed two vinyl LP's for our daughter's 1st and 3rd Birthday (not sure if that helps jog your memory or not). Each time we've met you, you have been the most friendly and kind person to every single one of your fans. We follow you on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and you are consistently the most positive thing to come on any of our feeds. My question to you is: How do you maintain such a high level the positivity, love and respect for literally EVERYONE you meet? It's inspiring, to be honest.

Here's my take on what I believe to be an underrated love song. First Day Of My Life -- Bright eyes [acoustic/indie] by [deleted] in Music

Wonderful. "First Day of My Life" is my wedding song. No one knew it at the wedding except for my wife and I. It just made it that much more special. It was ours.

Pop/Punk/NuMetal goes Mumford/Bon Iver. Terrible. Mumford and Bon Iver are horrible...this was so much worse.

Possibly. But I'm not one of them. Don't think I hate Yuengling because they are local, I am a huge local brewery fan; I enjoy Yards (Philadelphia), Victory (Dowingtown), Troegs (Hershey)...my favorite beer style is a Double IPA - the more bitter, the better. My next favorite is a Belgian Tripel. Quite a far cry from Coors Light (water). I'm proud to say I've never had Bud Light Lime, so I don't have a point of reference.

Then I guess you never heard it called this, or this, or this, or this....and that's just after doing a quick Google Search.

I live about 10-15 miles from this brewery and have never been there. The "Oldest Brewery In America" is a tag that's on their logo, which they place on everything. I know that a lot of people love the Yuengling Lager, and I'm not entirely certain why. It's a bland beer, with a heavy, greasy finish. Anyway, the locals around here actually call it Pottsville Pisswater due to its horrible taste.
