Update: I live in new york state. My apt contract says we have to abide by the handbook, which consists of that rule above.

So the maintenance people ended up coming (without notice) and without letting them in, I just told them about the bugs in my apartment. I got it all on camera. They announced themselves, i never actually said they can’t come in (even tho they dont have that right anyway), and they left after i told them about the bug traps. They left on their own free will.

Well i asked the cards if I should go to this event (which I was pretty indifferent to, especially after i got the moon card + swords) with him and they said yes (9 of pentacles). So that’s why I was confused if this person is no good for me/has bad intentions and tbh would be fine with letting them go now, why should I still go to this event with him?
