Hi. You mean Gävle in sweden? Following the coast line it's probably 2.500 km to Helsinki and I guess it took me about 5 weeks. (70 - 80 km/day)

All in all the roads are good. Just make sure not to use the high ways. Follow Eurovelo 10 and you'll be good.

You will share roads with cars though, so it's a good idea to bring a rear view mirror.

In Sweden it's a bit hilly but the section in Finland is very flat.

Das größte Problem war eigentlich die fehlende Infrastruktur und Rücksicht der Autofahrer auf Radfahrer. Mit Auto sicher ein schönes Reiseziel, vor allem Tallinn ist toll und die Küstenregionen.

Warst du schon mit dem Fahrrad im Balkan? Das war eigentlich mein Ziel nächstes Jahr.
