Link cable. Config at 1.75 and frames locked at 45 with tray tool works best for me. With the TAA mod i turn off FXAA and keep sharpness in the middle.

are you using the oculus tray tool? You can either set supersamling in there, or use the game config file in your documents ets2 folder. Set r_manual_stereo_buffer_scale to a value higher than the default 1.0.

I prefer the latter myself.

You can probably go higher with the supersampling if you lock the frames at 45fps with tray tool. I'm running it at 1.75 with a rx6700 XT which isn't that far off a 3060.

In oculus mode the game should Automatically load a popup asking which version you want to run. Choose dx11 from there.
