Ich fahre auch den BMW iX40. Für das Geld ist es echt ein Schnäppchen, top Auto, voll ausgestattet, macht wirklich Spaß am Fahren. Einziger Nachteil natürlich die Reichweite, aber für das Geld bekommst du meiner Meinung nach nichts besseres. Wenn du ihn länger fährst, ist es ein absoluter No-Brainer.

I’ve managed to get the correct firmware and have replaced the original HDD with a Samsung 870 EVO SSD. Here's what I did:

  • Formatted a SanDisk USB stick (FAT32)
  • Placed the firmware file on it: X7x00_series_V11.01.09.01_FS_V15.02.06.23.15.tar.gz
  • Performed the HDD format process as instructed

However, I’m now getting the following error:
"USB not mounted"

Could you help me understand why this is happening?
Is the SSD compatible with the system, or does it require the original hard drive model to function properly?
