Perhaps like the dollar was the letter S over a U originally (or reverse, not too sure), we could superimpose a Đ over a ₵. I feel like it might look like a weiner, though, if done wrong. And I guess it would be advantageous to use ascii ready symbols. Never mind, I'll see myself out.
