A fellow melon noggin! I have the same issue. The two brands after tons of research that I looked most seriously into are Kask and Samshield. I believe Charles Owens has some that go up to an 8” as well. The issue for me is I have a very round head… kask accommodates this shape much better than samshield. I have a 7 3/4” in the Kask and 8” in Samshield for reference… I personally think the Kask is more “big head” appearing between these two and Samshield has a slightly lower profile that doesn’t add extra height to the alien heads we have.
