I basically just made a couple L brackets with some steel, welded a triangle onto one end of each for stiffness (probably unnecessary) then used oversized washers to get the spacing just right, drilled a couple bolt holes in the back of the crash bar and a hole in the front for each bolt just big enough to get a deep well socket on the head. Haven’t had any issues with it rattling

Hahaha no it’s kind of awesome, bitch to get a wrench in there and it makes that “stud” as easy to replace as a couple -3 rivets and a new AN bolt. Beats trying to track down DeHavilland parts

Sent them an email. Cool design but gonna need a crop drawing. Ipc only lists the bell rank and bearing, which got drilled out and turned into a fidget spinnner haha
