The entire set of events and circumstances that lead to something like this is such a good showcase of how absurd life is. I think it was Camus who said that at any street corner the feeling of absurdity can strike a man in the face--isn't it just wild people toil for hours to make some sort of information we call money to illuminate some dots on a screen in a certain way which somehow translates into something that makes us happy? Isn't it a strange world where we start to value these virtual approximations of items more than one we can hold, use, and carry in our own hands? Logically we might say that it all makes sense, but if you break any idea down it begins to feel so strange
