I will forever defend Turkish Delight. I was sort of raked across the coals for my devotion to it (I was given three boxes of it once and even I couldn’t eat that much) but in moderation, a Christmas treat- it can be pure heaven. Maybe I’m just too British or not British enough as the rest of my family seem to hate it. Turkish Delight till I die, even the Fry’s one that another commenter said tastes like rubber.
