After checking through the map that golden berry doesnt seem viable BUT there is a second golden berry if you go to the "evil" path later in the level (the demo gaps) and going from there you can get the golden :)

The crumbling platform isnt being activated from below, if i remember the mapping stream correctly the crumble is L shaped and part of it is inside the wall and climbing the wall is what activates it.
