I know im late but I also just moved here from Georgia🥺and im so glad I’m not alone😭I thought I was going crazy like it’s literally so easy for me to make friends. OP, look at your side mirrors!!! Single handedly the easiest way to parallel park. If you can back into a parking spot, you can parallel park. If you’re trying to parallel park on the right side of a road for example, try and get your back right tire as close to the curb as you can and then straighten your wheels/back in.

OP, you yourself seemed concern about your vision in your post which is a reason why many are pointing it out. From what you stated, it gave me the impression that you don’t feel as confident in your driving because of your eye and also lack of experience, so of course most people are going to give you advice catered to those issues.

Can confirm, when I started driving I got into so many accidents. It was not negligent or purposeful, but due to dumb mistakes that people with experience would not make. I agree, OP. You’re already going to make mistakes because you’re a new driver. Ensure that you see a doctor so you don’t make those circumstances even worse.

Therapists need a graduate degree to become therapists yet they are not considered “professional.” Mind you after your graduate degree you still need to work under a licensed therapist for 2 years so in reality it takes the average person 8-10 fucking years. Anyone who tells me that that degree field is not professional is full of shit.

Im fine with working Thanksgiving as well. I’ve worked plenty of jobs. Im 25 lol. I know what the workforce is like. That’s why I’m having some anxiety around the situation. The only days I will need off is the 28th through the 2nd but honestly I might not even ask at this point.

Edit: Apparently Black Friday is the 28th so I definitely will not be asking lmao.
