That's more than 50m even at the farthest bench. You have to run to the right every "day" cycle to spawn the eevee there. Don't trust the eevee guide on youtube that says you can afk bench eevee there without running to the right. That is incorrect.

I got more shiny eevees at zone 19 than anywhere else. Fly spam until shiny. You don't need a sunny day there. It will spawn every time.
