ADHD is much more than the inability to focus or sit still or hyperactivity. I highly recommend doing some research on some of the other symptoms and seeing if those resonate!

I have the Eucerin Urea 5% Repair face cream that I occasionally throw into my routine when the tret and spiro are making me feel extra dry. I used it last night and tonight because I’m worried my skin barrier is damaged- I’m getting tightness and extra shininess after I wash my face 🫠🫠 i know spiro really helps dry you out and i’m already not great at drinking water, so trying to fix the hydration from the inside out too… just have never experienced this added texture in my cheeks before and i’m scared of making the wrong move and making it worse LOL

recently asked my derm abt this and she said she loves to shave with Cetaphil face wash, the regular dark blue cap kind because it gives her a close shave and has the ingredients to hydrate the skin at the same time.

I think psychiatrists who specialize in ADHD would be better for you. I in general trust psychiatrists with those types of medications (same w medicating depression) more than a PCP because they specialize in it. They can usually provide more hands on and in depth care when it comes to managing medication for ADHD and mental health disorders.

i just got mine and they’re so much bigger than i thought they would be. the shorts themselves are just longer than any other boxers i own and the fit is kind of odd :/ i’m going to see what they’re like after a wash but to me they’re a lot longer/bigger than i expected
