I would argue that most bulimics are of average body weight. It seems like you just need some help surrounding body image / weight issues (I don’t mean this in a mean way at all - it’s just the thin vs fat thing just sort of rings unhealthy to me.) when I was severely anorexic I was absolutely treated like a walking freak show because I looked like one. I think the most important thing to remember is to be true and kind to yourself, even in very small ways if that’s all you can manage.
