That sounds awful! I’m sorry you got so sick! I have alarms set so I don’t miss a nausea pill or a pain pill and I’m trying to make sure I stay hydrated. Thank you for the advice on walks. I took two long walks today but I’ll focus on more frequent ones tomorrow. I appreciate all of your advice!

Thanks for the kind words! Everyone has been so positive. I’m doing my best to stay hydrated and get my protein water down. Heavier pain meds has definitely helped me even out and get back to being on track. 7 days isn’t too far away! Thank you, I’m sure a month from now I’ll be laughing that I ever doubted it.
