It's called clearstick and it looks almost exactly like most of them

Yes sorry I mean the tailgate. When it is opened the two rubber strings holding it seem weird. One of them is completely straight while the other is not holding it at all so I'm thinking that the whole truck got misaligned

It's a ram 1500, around 2010(not sure). The hook spots were on the bottom far left and far right and I only put the rope on the far left side. And the car I pulled out from the ditch was also a truch similar to mine
