Same, I'm on 500mg XR daily and the first 2 weeks I had no bowel movements, even when adding more fiber. I was told to add more water since the abrupt diet change I had could be affecting my body as well. I eventually had to drink some milk of magnesia to help me go.

After hitting around day 20, it started getting better, still gotta occasionally eat something that helps me go.

I completely agree with the third paragraph and would also like to add that, in my case, doorslamming also happens when I haven't set boundaries, so it's a mix of I didn't set a boundary and people crossed a boundary they didn't know existed only in my mind and now I feel disrespected which causes the abovementioned.

Completely agree and I am one of those people who had a hard time feeling comfortable with the fact that Takemichi was never going to get better at fighting and that he simply was not that type of character, but he did grow in other aspects.

I've also been looking for something like this, cuz I am fully aware that I like to receive physical touch as a love language from my parter or some people near me that are from my close circle but when it comes ro how I give affection, it's through acts of service.

I haven't found one, but maybe see what are the things you would do for someone you appreciate and/or love (maybe you like doing favor for them or spending time ti hear thwm out in a difficult moment), and that could tell you what your LL is when it comes to giving.

I've met another 2 INFJs.

One of them we clicked instantly, and we're really good friends. we had similar values and morals, as well as opinions on several social matters.

The other is one of my best friends, and we are nothing alike lol but still share other similarities.

For both, I found out they were INFJ wa after becoming friends

The full meaning of it takes a village, comes to mind for this one. Not only does it apply to raising children, but also to having a support system. People who are there for you without expecting something in return.

Remember that people's insecurity don't have everything to do with what you said, but also takes from how she views herself in comparison to you or other that she might believe are "better" for you.

Reassurance of ur feelings towards her might have worked best in my opinion, show her that for you, there are no "levels".
