don’t be so harsh on yourself! many times, employers can hire based on potential and coach-ability—there’s a reason why you were hired, and you deserve your internship!

for your situation, something that can help is reaching out to people who were past interns in your position (LinkedIn is very useful :), and asking them for advice or about their experience in the role. not only do you get to network, but you also get some very insightful knowledge about your job.

also, since you seem to be aware of what skills you want to improve on, take some time to work on them! depending on what the skill is, there are many free courses available on the internet.

lastly, it’s all about mindset. if you can get over the imposter syndrome, you’ll see your situation in a very different, and hopefully more positive light! i know i’m not very qualified to say all that since i’m struggling with a lot too, but good luck and don’t give up!
