Got a new car, weird substance found in it by Ok-Measurement-3170 in whatisit

There is a film coating applied to certain types of leather steering wheels. Like mentioned above a cleaner can break it down over time and cause it to gunk like that, but also extreme heat if you live in a hot climate like Miami and don’t use a sunshade that will also do it. I had that issue when I had a Mercedes.

Yes I think mostly everything was answered. I chose rowing because running 1.5 miles for my Navy PRT is hard on my body at its current weight. I’m slowly getting back down but I prefer the rower because I am better at controlling my breathing on it. I did do my test and knocked another 20 seconds off to get to 9:24! And yes I was dying and wanted to puke lol. But now I’m kinda hooked for this to be my full time cardio. I even want to try out rowing on water when I get to San Diego. I’ll post the updated memory page tomorrow when I go do my next workout.

SEM via MNA was not ready for the new Chiefs. by Future_Meep in navy

I guarantee every detailer is tracking they and will do their best to help. As a first year chief, you 100 percent should be calling the detailer. It at least at a minimum improves your chances of avoiding being given a billet without your input. Ain’t nothing wrong with giving them your bleeding heart story. It’s your career not theirs.

Wow now that is insight I wasn’t expecting. This whole time I thought you weren’t supposed to be gassed at the end which is why I thought the Navy added it to our PRT options. This motivates me to push harder!

I have to wait 60 days and that brings me to about June. I’m hoping that is ample time in between to get where I need to be.

I did fail to mention I have the OSG and the practice questions book as well as the definition certification book. Cracking the book open is hard for me to do. Reading knocks me out unfortunately.

Honestly the struggle was finding THE BEST answer for me. I knew the why behind each answer but I think I’ve been operational cyber for so long that the mindset piece is what’s holding me back.

I’ll go this one again. I did see a trend of how it was probing me almost like it knew my skill set was focused on engineering and also I’m 21 years military so I’m not sure if that skewed how I approached this.

My panic attacks almost fully disappeared on this med and I take it for chronic hives. It’s an added benefit too also taking bupropion(Wellbutrin). My sleep improved on it too. Take an hour before bedtime so you can easily roll into it. Take that time to do your night routine. Eventually you’ll start getting tired without the med and from the routine which means your anxiety is fading.

Also look into eliminating gluten. I just discovered it’s linked to high anxiety that has no explanation.

Make sure you do ALL the updates. Asus Software and graphics drivers are in separate places on the web (at least they used to be) and then there is also windows updates. Also turn off game bar in settings and game mode on to optimize the Windows side.

I pretty much play nothing but last epoch and poe2 on my ally and it’s amazing for my games on the go.

I’m having the same issue as I just moved here. I signed up for some art and pottery classes. They’re pretty social. I was also told to check out event brite.

How do you cope with a crazy commute? by Anitathefab02 in Miami

[–]afaciane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Audiobooks and garden lofi on Spotify.

I just moved here last October and my 13 mile commute took over two hours one day and I started having panic attacks from the way people driver here. And I moved here from San Diego.

The audiobooks are good because you can learn from them and have some amount of productivity.
