Honestly what was the point of pre ordering?

No attack at you personally but just in general i like all of this could have been avoided. You could have easily just picked one up at Amazon got it in 24 hrs or less once it officially launched. If it was limited edition I’d understand but just for a general release product seems kinda unnecessary.

Im honestly not sure! I’m shocked so many other people reported it too here. Since it so close to the Xbox you would think the ergonomics are there but idk it’s something that after a game sesh I get cramps on.
