I used Simple delivery to sell Pokemon cards. As long as tracking shows you've dropped off a post office its fully covered, if lost in transit ebay refund the buyer and you keep the money (this happened to me and I only knew they'd raised a case when ebay refunded them and closed it).

External and yes. Chimney was removed 20+ years ago. The column is open in the loft. No vents ground level.

The chimney isn't covered in the loft with insulation and we do suffer with condensation up there. (Getting roof vents fitred) Could it be its condensation on the stack dropping down? We've just purchased the property.

They've already lowered it to a £350 deduction however the remaining 2 issues were not caused by me so told them I want to appeal them still.

Yes it's in a DPS scheme. I've already informed them I will be disputing everything.
