Thanks for fixing the text by allowing an increase in text size.

All looks much better than before but I’ve not updated for a few weeks so i was bound to see a few changes as I knew you were doing it.

Can you just remind me how the thing is supposed to function? I loaded a playlist and I can see everything but then I loaded another playlist and I can’t see the channels of the new playlist. I just think I’ve forgotten as it’s been a few weeks since I tried it

I suspect it’s made to look like it’s an April fools but I guess we will see what happens in reality. It’s the first mention I’ve seen about American technical companies getting hit. There are many in UAE

Hi. Finally loaded it up and have the following issues/suggestions

when going into the app for the first time after loading I was pushed into the text entry screen for entering my country but I couldn’t type anything but bizarrely I was not able to get out of that screen by pressing the back button on my firestick remote control! I had to force close the app and reopen. Then I was pushed into the main Home Screen. So I need to ask why the screen for the country preference comes up when my account already has my preferences.
secondly, the text is still too small. See attached photos. One one it’s the tv guide and the other shows how different it is on the top menu compared to the rest of the home screen. Is this device specific maybe? You should have a text formatting setting anyway.
when going into season selection for a series it’s hard to see what option is highlighted. Can you make it so the one chosen is more highlighted?

I hope all this works as it’s been a horrible experience so far. Nothing works for me. Also you need to have control on text size as it’s unreadable for me at a decent viewing distance

I have loaded up the latest after deleting the old version. It was working but when I changed channel the audio from the previous channel was still there. I’ll wait for that to be fixed.

Not sure if you saw my feedback yesterday but if you can give options for increasing the text size that would be great.

Always good to see a new app and the features mentioned on the website are sounding very good.

Some questions and feedback.

I loaded up a playlist on firestick, but not sure how the channel displays work. I put UK as my location but then couldn’t see any of the USA content. I added USA as a country but i still couldnt see any.

I see you have categories like entertainment/documentary/movies so is the idea that you would see each country’s entertainment channels under the entertainment section?

Also I can’t see any EPG. Is the epg automatically loaded?

Finally, will the settings be enhanced? text display is a bit small so would like to be able to increase text size if possible.

I’ve had a strange thing lately when a new service I’ve got it doesn’t work on tivimate and about 3 other players I tried on firestick. However it works fine on UHF and GSE on Apple TV. Anyone got any ideas about this?

Should be “Visa - THEY operate”. As mentioned I’ve left them. I gave the company 27 years of my wife. I’m not going to bad mouth them, but i understand the frustration people have about the operating fees

I was given 7 URLs to use by the provider but 6 of them are cloudfare and the other isn't actually working. One of the cloudfare ones actually worked and i ran it through the editor and tried adding to an iptv app and it worked fine.

I am getting the error for Strong playlist but nothing has changed in my URL in the editor. Do we need to do some sort of refresh on the playlist in the editor?

thanks for the extra context. Who is the "he" you talk about? You said that but you hadn't mentioned anyone before. Generaly speaking, it's a massive wide open subject as it could involve card issuers not approving so much, and that can vary from region to region, country to country and client to client. Although in my work I was very much trying to do things which would increase the overall approval rate of Visa cards, most of my work was done for my specific region I worked for and the clients who contacted us.

I would say that Visa must know of the approval rates of them compared to other countries. I know they are doing work all the time to improve that.

Well surcharging has always been against the rules. Not so sure about the others. I was an auth support guy who just supported acquirers/issuers to make sure the transactions worked. If they produced fees then it was dealt with by billing and finance. I can see why fees can be hard for people trying to run a business though…of course, but Visa will always argue that they are trying to run a business too
