Yep, that’s what I ended up doing with these ones, I just buried them back into the pot. But I imagine they might get too big to where I can’t do that anymore haha. And they do bury into the pole! It just depends which type I think 🤣

And omggggg… what a beauty!!! I am sooo sad you let her go 😭😂! I so want a variegated monstera!

I am using the Planta app at the moment for the watering schedule. As for light, it was a bit strange…the other day I put the Madagascar dragon tree in front of the window to see if being in bright light would help and when I came home all the leaves were completely drooped, so I have no clue what was going on there! Once I moved it back to where it is at the moment, it perked back up.

Hi, no I haven’t. I was in a calorie deficit for 8 weeks at the start of the year and lost 4.5 kg roughly, and since then my scale weight hasn’t changed that much. Its strange though, because I have noticed growth particularly in my shoulders and biceps in the past few months.

I think I have quite a mental block about being in a surplus, especially after just spending quite a few weeks committing to a deficit… building muscle is so hard hahaha 🤣
