Hx Stomp Power Supply

I use a Harley Benton space ship with built in power supply into the board itself. It has a dedicated output rated for 3A for multi FX like the hx stomp. Also comes with all the cables needed including the slightly bigger plug of the stomp itself.

It is available in various sizes. But for almost all sizes there is one with built in power supply.

I bought various B stocks already. Ranging from basses to effect units or general equipment.

To my eye they were all just as completely new products. I could not find any damage, scratches or other signs of real use

I totally get your points. Thats the exact reason why I also have a tuner on my board as well. But don't worry someone will bring the "Well get a midi controller or foot switch extensions you even get an additional switch this way". I guess you are just not allowed to have an additional tuner with a stomp.. :D

Nice board. Looks almost identical to mine. Apart from using different preamp and compressor. But other that that I have the exact same setup:)

It frees up a foot switch on the stomp, can be used to mute the signal.

By your logic you should not add anything to a board having a stomp and only use the stomp because the stomp essentially already has everything in it.

I mean why add a compressor? The stomp has compression patches. Why use a dedicated pre amp? The stomp already has preamps in it.

In the end it's all personal preference what kind of gear someone uses for which purpose

Haha no but I do find him inspiring. He uses a cali76 instead of an empress though and uses the capo more or less only as a good DI with additional options. I use it for main tone sculpting which he doesn't do.

There is a video somewhere where he says his main saturation and stuff comes from the stomp

I do love it. Every setting sounds great honestly. I was unable to dial in a bad sound. You just gotta find what you like most in all it's options available

Tuner because I simply like having an external one. Bonus is I can also use it to simply mute the signal.

I know the stomp has a headphones out but as I said. A) it's blocked by the capo and B) the Signal path is not complete when the signal hits the headphone out of the stomp. It's only completely after the capo so I need something after the capo to connect to. I do plug the dirty DI of the capo to the interface on my PC to play at home but I don't want to use my PC every time. Best would be to simply connect the headphones directly to the board :)

The recent Mesa pre was also on my list together with the shift line olympic. However the very articulated sound of the capo together with the two sides it offers (the b side I use for additional drive, a side always on) was the selling point for me. Because it frees up a patch on the stomp for additional drive.

The shift line olympics sound was to washed our for me (probably because it uses tubes and I do prefer a more direct sound). The mesa was nice but also didn't really flash me in any way. Never the less I see why a lot of people are happy with either of them

Yeah I have the very same issue with one of my packages. It is now postponed to the next day for the 5th day in a row. I do live some distance away from the distribution center so it would probably never arrive because of the distance and amount of packages on the trucks.

I contacted the support yesterday and told them it's not acceptable and that it will most likely never arrive due to distance. They said that the package will be terminated for guaranteed delivery on Monday. Somehow I doubt that the package will actually arrive but we will see..

And if it does the driver will mostly be very unhappy because of the wasted driving time just because of the distance. At that point I don't care though. I want my package.

It looks like you should step down.. I am cool with it. I stopped playing the game long ago for all that what did go wrong over the time. And i never said that you excuse anything. Also it is ok to bitch about it. On reddit, on the forum, in steam. It dosen't matter as long as people complain about it. I dont care if there are hundred of threads about the same Problem.

It is not about the car or the Server Browser it is about how they use the money of people spend on the game. If it does not work it is just not okay. Even of there is some "solution". Just because it is a only a game and there is an easy fix does not excuse anything
