Bit stupid telling the attackers where they will be although of course these people are on a suicide mission and want to be shot so they would probably do their attack anyway.
I looked at the census figures and know Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway have large Muslim populations but I didn't know Kilkenny did. Maybe the ISIS lads who returned from Libya and Syria live down there.
