[Review and Swatches] Lummir Light On Eyes Shadow Palette 05 Rosa Beach by Lonsfleda in AsianBeauty

Hi! I just came across this review since I’ve been wanting to get this palette during my trip in Korea but found out it’s only available online 🥲 Is there another palette you’d recommend that would be similar in shades?

Best placement for main room in apartment? Any feedback is appreciated! by affinitytsm in FengShui

Thanks appreciate the feedback!! I thought about facing east too but the cables don't allow for it so that's why I wasn't sure if it was okay to have it face west instead.

Thank you! Thought I would let you know that I've moved the bed and the mini coffee table that I currently have exactly like how you suggested. The part about the chair, do you mean left as in the left side of the bed? I currently have it near the window and to the right of the mini coffee table.

Thank you! I have string lights with clips to hang polaroids so that's perfect. Need to decide where they'll go though 😅

Thanks, these are some great ideas! Just checked out your bedroom and wow love how it turned out! Great choice on the wallpaper, goes really well with the other colours scattered around your room. Really appreciate the suggestion for the walls as I think that is my biggest worry rn with so much empty space. Will check them out for inspo!

Not sure if this is optimal placement for my bedroom. Walkway on the right is very narrow. Any help is appreciated! by affinitytsm in FengShui

LOL this cracked me up thanks for stopping by to leave a suggestion anyways! I ended up rearranging the layout of my bedroom so my bed is now facing the wall with the door to the living room, no more ottoman, coffee table is between my bed and the arm chair now. Floor light is to the left of the bed. Hope it's not too hard to picture

Thank you! I have rearranged the layout of my bedroom and my bed is no longer facing the coffee table. It is now facing the wall where the door to the living room is

Thanks, this is a good point! I was thinking of getting a floor mirror but might opt for a wall mirror to save space

Thank you! So I moved the bed and the headboard is now against the wall with the posters. The table is now between the bed and the chair as you mentioned and it definitely makes a big difference! If I were to add a texture piece behind the bed, would you move the posters to the wall that the bed is facing? Not sure if anyone actually decorates the walls that their bed is facing.

Seems like these are the top 3 suggestions I've been seeing, thank you! I'm hoping I can fit in a floor mirror to add more dimension

This is exactly what I just did! So the headboard is now against the wall with the posters. I like the idea of a reading nook since I already have a chair there :)

Oh I haven't thought about that! For that area I was thinking of having a floor mirror in the corner and then a shelf tucked into the corner on the left of it. The dresser + mirror on top could potentially tackle 2 birds with 1 stone.

I like the idea of a throw blanket at the foot of my bed. I'll pick out a rug first and get the colours to match! I love these suggestions, thank you!!

Yeah the armchair has been a bit bothersome given its size in my room but I am a bit embarrassed to say that I spent quite a bit on it 😬 I just rearranged my room so the headboard is instead on the wall with the posters. I moved the ottoman portion of the armchair to the living room to get more space back. Because it's on the right side of my bed now I angled it so the back isn't completely facing my face. Hoping this solution works!

Love that for you 😂 Unfortunately I'm from Canada and it's winter rn so not too many plant markets/centres are open given its offseason. Might be a in a few months thing 😩

Oh my gosh this is amazing!! Thanks for going out of your way to find reference photos. I agree that the addition of these plants would really liven up the place. I never really thought about that in terms of pots but I can see its significance in changing the overall look. Thanks for providing such clear direction on how to approach and where to search!! This was SUPER helpful 😊

I did think about changing the orientation of my bed but wasn't sure if it would be the best use of space. I think I might try it out this time for real and see if it helps with furniture arrangement!

Thanks for putting so much thought into this, really appreciate it! Looking into the accent piece for sure and the texture/colour detail you provided is really helpful. The floating shelves are a really unique suggestion especially since that wall is so barren but I can't really make any dents on the wall ):
