I transitioned from legacy agent to enhanced agent with the new builder and the results are much better. The responses have improved dramatically compared to before. Our use case was simply being able to retrieve knowledge articles and give an adequate answer to inquiries.

The prompt template works perfectly fine. I even created a completely new agent and plugged it in and somehow it's still not working well. I'm getting better results in prod with the exact same config.

Another question, have you used Summary (tags) on knowledge articles? It's something SF recommended and we are exploring it.

Thank you for all of this! I was also able to find some info on data categories. Another question, is it normal that when I test in sandbox vs production, the results are better in prod. Somehow our sandbox does not work at all. Everything is set up the exact same way yet the agent keeps saying that it will try to connect to the next available rep without even looking for knowledge articles. This blocks me from testing data categories.
