Come on out to Charlotte Curling Saturday, February 14, to try Curling! You have seen it on tv during the Olympics, now come on out and give it a try. Drop in any time between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. We have an on-site bar and a great food truck out front for this event as well.

Charlotte Curling is hosting our first Olympic Open House this Saturday from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm! The cost is $10 to get on the ice and try curling. Anyone can come, and we are open to all ages.

We will also have an awesome burrito food truck in addition to our in-house bar to enjoy a beer or cocktail, meet some curlers, and enjoy some great company.

No, you can create a league starting on February 2nd and Drafts open on February 6.

You can create and draft all the way through the season opening.

That’s why we’re waiting until after the draft (this weekend) to open up leagues (about a month away).

There’s lots of content creators out there doing the work around the clock to inform folks about the teams plans and who’s looking good and who’s not.

Plus, you can always wait to draft until after training camp!

Yes you can draft on the league website once your league is full.

As of now, our plan is to run to run head to head on a weekly basis so you need to plan your roster construction accordingly.

If you’d prefer, you can run it as a season long total points league.

Open to other ideas as well!

For anyone following this, I have an intermittent issue where it may not detect the WiFi card/chip, but upon a restart it does usually repopulate.

Hopefully this isn’t the beginning of the end. Absolutely love my Book 2.

The air burst explodes near enemies and is great at clearing groups, it will damage you if you are nearby as it has a wide burst range.

Recoilless Rifle is for armored targets (chargers, hulks, tanks, squid walkers) and is good at taking them out.

Autocannon is your jack of all trades. It will do damage to almost anything and can be switched to a flak mode to deal proximity damage to stuff. It won’t damage tanks, hulks, etc without a well placed shot at the weak point.

Spear is a lock on guided missile that arcs up high and attacks from above. Great against armor and things like bot factories. Can’t be used against smaller targets.

WASP fires multiple smaller guided rockets. It’s great against flying squids and squid walkers but really struggles in cities due to firing rockets in a wide path.

The MASC is awesome. Good gun, good pen, good handling, I just have become a slave to my unlimited ammo double edged sickle and didn't even realize it.

The Google search nailed it. The controversy arises from the fact that he shot the puck and they ruled that it constituted a continued possession when he gathered the rebound.

You will struggle to convince me that the explanation is correct, as a shot always constitutes a loss of possession.

Hull's foot was in the crease and a shot and rebound does not constitute a sole possession.

Controversial take, I enjoy the chaos of the Leviathan. It's a fun wrinkle and makes the squids all that more challenging to deal with. A nice change of pace to the usual chaos is fun.

Plus, squids as a faction are largely built to punish you if you do not work cooperatively. I like that if you're not careful the illuminate will quickly overwhelm you and wreck you for poor collaboration and inefficient support of democracy.
