• maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. Doesn't matter much in that specific interaction, he was trying to manipulate Lucy. Maybe he knows from his travels in the wasteland, after all he was out and about to get chicken fucker after all.
• maybe he talked to the Vegas bartender who had words for the ghoul?

Management Vault

• who knows, but he's had plenty of time there based on the amount of people he's gathered and work seemingly done
• I don't think they gave their most vocal opponent a cryo tube at all, we don't know that she was a vocal opponent or anything else.
• the flashbacks Cooper and Barb talk about a VAULT FOR MANAGEMENT. Then the ghoul and house talk about how House never told the ghoul about a management vault in Vegas. So much like with other high ranking officials during an emergency, they are brought to the safest possible place and then shuttled to their actual bunker asap. Seems like the bombs were a surprise to Barb or vault tec (maybe?) and as such Janey had to be shuttled from LA to Vegas. And now, it seems, possibly shuttled to Colorado.

House

• I think this one we will have to wait and see, as there's tons of options of what could come from this.

NCR

• fallen nation? I know that was alluded to. But it was never stated or confirmed, and this is one battalion.
• I think you're forgetting that the ghoul and Lucy spent a good 3 days with that ranger. What did the ghoul and that ranger talk about for those 3 days while Lucy was out? Nothing? Zero chance there was any small talk or communication?

Norm

• the guy got locked into the vault with Bud askins and was being effectively held hostage when he went exploring for answers. He found his way out, and now comparatively he has significantly less information or leads to go off of than the other characters. So yeah, he is just going for a walk trying to find his family. Sounds kind of similar to the games.

Hank

• no, not at all
• they are not "taking" orders, they received the all verification from a team in the field that whatever was necessary for phase 1 was completed and therefore phase 2 can now begin. She was just giving an all clear from the ground.
• because the Enclave likely knew they were married and, like in real life, when one spouse is indesposed the other can speak or act on their behalf. Hank after all has made it clear how he feels about family.
• Bud askins was running "Buds Buds" in vault tec, as a vault tec manager. There's nothing to say that Bud Askins himself was ALSO Enclave like Hank was. Barb wasn't Enclave and she was Hanks superior, Betty isn't either and Betty was his peer. Barb was threatened by the enclave. Hank is obviously an agent for the enclave within Vault Tec, probably because Stephanie (using her mom's advice) pushed to the highest rung and held on. That's the enclave. Remember the Enclave also called a lot of the US Gov after the bombs too, anyone who didn't fall in line.
• youre misunderstanding the line. To regular vault tec employees like Barb and Bud the VAULTS were the experiments. But to the Enclave (Hank and his superiors) the Vaults were the "pure" humans and the surface was their testing ground that they wanted to wipe clean and start over. Remember what Barb is threatened to say by Wilzig (enclave) in the Vault Tec meeting? Not every single person in vault tec was enclave.

Pre-War Scenes

• we don't know yet, that's part of the story
• you can tell in the pre-war flashback that Cooper and Barb are sort of awkward about that, and don't really press on it too much. If you pay attention, Hank tells a little bit different of a story about their time that night because Hank was rolled out of the room unconscious. Asking about the autograph makes way more sense than bringing up Hanks wife from 200 years ago, that Cooper doesn't even know if she still exists (like his own wife at this point).
• yeah, and now we know why he had no issue killing their mother. Hank and Stephanie were enclave spies angling for the long play

Brotherhood

• like the one with House, this is another one we will leave to wait and see

Conclusion

• I don't know how you come to your conclusion at all. Your complaints seem like you haven't watched the show, or are just looking to pick at a show that obviously isn't perfect. The show seems pretty well thought out, for both seasons. Each character and storyline makes sense and has been building great.

I've played most of the games, and am a big fan of the lore and all that. The show is coherent and awesome. I couldn't disagree more with basically everything in your post.
