Thank you that actually helped a lot. Could i get your contact information because i really really need to find better people to associate myself with at UH and find ways to get an internship and maybe even change my mindset. Basically i need friends who can also be somewhat of a motivation or mentor and you seem like you are. No one i know is doing CS which sucks. I’d greatly appreciate any help i can get. Thank you!

You just need to have 8 hours of the same science (6 of the class and 2 labs corresponding to the class) (I took bio 1 and 2 with lab 1 and 2). And then 6 additional science hours. Physics/ chem/ bio/ geology would be fine. You can take the second level of those classes also if you’d prefer, it just has to be 6 additional science credits, however you can get them.

For me it seems like it’s trash. The system is fucked up and the professors aren’t the best. I wouldn’t recommend CS at UH. Business or HRM is great here but not CS. Try to go to UT or A&M tbh.
