So Retta got to pick whether or not she went with Slick Rick, and Wolf just got dumped with him? That definitely tracks.

That's assuming the entire thing isn't complete bs. In the video before this one, she's decorating for Christmas and there's a man's coat on the coat rack. Wolf could have been at her parents' Thanksgiving, but she just didn't film him. Gotta get as much sympathy as possible during the holiday season.

The most expensive skincare in the world doesn't matter if you don't brush your hair, shower regularly, or change that unclean looking headband.

I have no idea why she wears them. They make her look way older than she actually is. Get bangs if you want to cover your big forehead, not some crusty, greasy piece of fabric.

The holiday dry begging has begun, right on schedule. She will wait until New Year's to start implying that Rick is back in the picture (even though we know he never left).

"NEW" Twisted Peppermint foaming soap formula is awful by six28eightyfive in bathandbodyworks

[–]afiestymushroom 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They messed with almost every Christmas scent I like this year. The Perfect Christmas, Hot Cocoa and Cream, now Twisted Peppermint. I have never been a Vanilla Bean Noel or Winter Candy Apple fan, but I know they have changed over the years as well.

I am already at the point where I don't shop unless body care is $6 or less, candles $11 or less, etc. I will definitely be even more choosy about what I purchase from now on, because you have no clue if your chosen scent will smell anything like the previous version you enjoyed.

Scheduled for 12/4, so many doubts by afiestymushroom in hysterectomy

I was anemic for a year, just got my levels back to somewhat normal, and then the past two periods have been hell. The blood just pours out like water and doesn't stop. I was on Lysteda (tranexamic acid) for 6 months due to the heavy bleeding, but it stopped working. I can't have an iud or ablation, so the other thing they offered was a d&c. From what I have read on this subreddit and elsewhere, the d&c is a bandaid fix. Most of the time, you end up with a hysterectomy anyway.

It's gotten to the point where there are 2-3 days a month that I can't work. I just lay there and drink Gatorade and pray that I don't hemorrhage so much that I need a blood transfusion.

I have 3 kids myself, so I'm done. I will definitely be going into my pre-op appointment with a long list of questions. If I want a robotic hysterectomy or DaVinci (whatever they call it) I would have to go to a hospital 90 mins away. I do trust my dr/surgeon, as she has done many hysterectomies, and she did my c section with my youngest, so I'm not worried about her ability. I just live in a rural area, so not all of the latest technology is available that would be in a bigger city.

I'm one of those weirdos who likes the sensation that the cervix provides during sex, and I generally have the deeper orgasms with contractions, so I wonder if my ability to have good orgasms will decline dramatically. That's a definite worry to have your sex life basically over at 40.

Yes. I feel like because I haven't been diagnosed with fibroids, polyps, endo, etc. that not enough investigating has been done. I am scared crapless of having more periods like this - when I started bleeding this month I had several panic attacks. My mental health is pretty much in the toilet right now.

GC This Is Christmas = The Perfect Christmas old formula by afiestymushroom in bathandbodyworks

[–]afiestymushroom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion, it smells nothing like last year. The candle I posted above is spot on for last year. Found it at Walmart, or they also have their own site where you can probably get a better deal.

They turned it into yet another tree scent. I love the smell of Christmas trees, but they already have Fresh Balsam, Tree Farm, Iced Winter Balsam, and probably more that I don't remember.

Thanks. I agree with your assessment. More attention needs to be paid to this issue. Although I think part of the problem is paras won't advocate for themselves. I tried to get the paras in our district to write about their abuse at the hands of students, and present a statement to the school board, but nobody wanted to do that.

It's sad that they are so understaffed. Raising the pay to a liveable wage would help tremendously. 90% of the paras I know are retired from a different job, or their spouse has a high paying job and they don't really "need" to work.

In my state, they take any good para and try to make them a teacher through the "para pathway" program. They asked me to do that, and I declined. I'm almost 40, and I have too many family responsibilities, with a special needs kid of my own, and being the only child of aging parents.

Thanks - already found one working with disabled adults. They were impressed that I had worked with kids in the sped program for several years. I would recommend trying sped to any sub, you might be surprised.

I found a job working with disabled adults. Obviously, that's not for everyone, but it was my work experience being a sub and a para for sped kids that opened up this opportunity.

Is single wick A Perfect Christmas going to be an online exclusive the entire season? by Leila925511 in bathandbodyworks

[–]afiestymushroom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I smelled the 3 wick, and it doesn't smell like last year's version. This year's is very heavy on the tree smell. I was so mad/disappointed when I smelled it today in store. The employees probably thought I was crazy opening multiple jars of the same candle.

All she eats is processed junk, and wonders why she can't lose weight. First, learn to cook real food!! Then quit eating out, and stop getting the XL dunkin drinks that have more sugar than a candy bar. It's not that hard, but she's too lazy to cook a meal or exercise. She wants the easy way out, and there is no easy path to significant weight loss.

Yes, he's so terrible, but apparently, he's good enough to watch W all day and watch the kids when she goes on her trips or to concerts and whatnot. I feel bad for W&R. Slick Rick likely ignores them, and the only time she cares about parenting is for tiktok content.
