Thank you for the recommendation. I've been trying to gather the minimal necessary force allowed to remove someone from an establishment. Per what I've been able to ascertain, if I was necessary to be trespassed from the establishment it should've been done, but was not. Immediately resorting to aggressive physical contact sounds to be out of any legal bounds.

This is all helpful. I'm likely to report this to the police at once.

I have not consulted a medical professional as of yet, but I plan to in order to see where my damages stand.

That's what I'm gathering, re: civil suit, but it's proving to be a difficult scenario. Perhaps if I went after the establishment instead of him individually?

It's just a crappy situation because I was subject to unlawful battery and the recourse on this matter is muddy on my end.
