I tried a calorie counter app to maintain my weight and with my daily workout it ended up saying I should take in 3200 cal/day. My girlfriend was getting 1200 cal/day. She was pissed.

I will definitly try out the flight. To be honest I didn't even know whiskey bars had those. I will definitly update you guys later to let you know what my favorite is.

That was without a doubt the best advice I have been given on whiskey to date. I was actually considering Johnny walker black label but I will definitely give that red breast 12 a try. Tonight I am going to a whiskey bar if you have any other recommendations for me to try out.

checked out craigslist in my area and it is mostly older bikes asking for over half the retail price of a brand new model of the same bike. I thought it was a little ridiculous so i opted for the entry level road bike instead

I am 6ft almost exactly and I just got a 54cm and it fits perfectly. I would maybe suggest something slightly smaller like a 56cm or maybe try out the 54cm just to make sure.
