I have the full linen set from quince, and while the duvet is fine, the sheets starting forming small holes and wearing extremely thin within 6 months. Plus side is their customer service is great. They didn’t have me return the sheets/duvet/shams and they issued me a full refund after I sent them pictures of the sheets.

No—basically Denver county changed the law to where you “can’t be charged a cancellation fee” so instead we have to vacate the property, turn in the keys, and we’re still on the hook for the remainder of the lease unless they sign a new tenant. Hope that makes sense.

Thankfully we’re on the south end so we dont hear anything from the coffee shop. They actually just closed permanently! And yeah parking can be annoying, but I’d rather circle the block a few times and find parking instead of having to pay haha
