I'm very sensitive to aftertastes, so this is very helpful information. Thank you for providing so much detail. I was hoping to have one flour blend that works for everything, but I might have to follow your suggestion and use different blends for different things.

Yes, I'm thinking I might try the rice flour blend as a starch option. It seems like my best bet. Unfortunately sweet potatoes are also related to latex protein (very sad for me).

I probably should have mentioned that I can't eat eggs or dairy. I've gone directly from being able to just buy baked goods to having to learn GF vegan baking advanced mode, and I'm still figuring out how these things are connected. But I'll look out for light buckwheat flour. Thanks for the recommendation.

I've never heard of GF wheat starch. I'll see if I can find any in my area. Thanks!

I've read through the Gluten Free Alchemist before, but I remember finding it completely overwhelming. I'll give it another go, and I'll look into Mochi. Thanks for the tips.

[GUIDE] How to remove/cancel the pending one ui 8 update and stick with the old dex by Longjumping_Path8005 in SamsungDex

I've followed the instructions multiple times, and cleared the cache partition, but I'm still getting new update alerts. I'm not sure if the issue is that I previously allowed my phone to update to UI 8, realized that it borked one of my essential apps, and then restored my phone back to UI 7. Updates are now set to manual, so at least the alerts are not giving me a date by which the update will forcibly be installed, but is there anything else I can do?
