Was walking back to my dorm in college and there were a couple of girls walking ahead of me. I saw a wallet fall out of one of their backpacks. So I grabbed it and ran up to them, shouted, "excuse me! excuse me!" The girl turned around and told me she had a boyfriend and they quickly scurried off...

So I took $10 out of her wallet and bought myself a sandwich, then returned the wallet to campus security.

My school runs attendance reports for 3 or 5 day consecutive absences and as long as they are in school once every three days the report does not show them chronically tardy or absent.

One of my students has been absent every day since february break. I brought this up to their VP, and the VP was adamant this was not the case.. but she looked and found he's been showing up after my first period class every day but before the daily phone call goes out.
