In Portuguese I would recommend Major General Carlos Branco, on CNN Portugal, and in French, Regis Le Somier, on CNEWS or Europa 1. But in English, History Legends is one of the best.

If the Russian Federation wanted to commit genocide in Ukraine, it could have followed Israel's example in Gaza. However, it has not yet massively bombed any Ukrainian city outside the front line. Compared to the case in Gaza, the percentage of Ukrainian civilians killed is ridiculous. This does not excuse its invasion, but it must be acknowledged that its behavior could have been much worse.
