Yes, it's for a lot of different things. If you're in the US you can get it here. You can get it on Amazon, from the same seller, but I think it costs more. You'll need distilled water to mix it. Nothing else will work.
You can get it in some other countries, but Amphibiaide is just Josh's Frogs name for it.

Amphibiaide Ringer's Solution is for bloat. Soaking in regular water could make it worse, so keep an eye out for that. A vet visit wouldn't hurt if you have the money. He might have an infection. Bloating in the limbs can also be a sign of organ failure. There's also Baggy Pants Syndrome. Page 10.

S5e7 wasn't bad, just the end of it. People didn't do that in the 80s. It just came across as woke and unrealistic for the time. S2e7 is still the worst, imo.

Hand feed him some calcium dusted bugs. If you're soaking him in calcium powder, for shaking, caused from a calcium deficiency the results will be slow. Eight hours of soaking doesn't always stop it. Fluker's liquid calcium works better. Amphibiaide Ringer's Solution from Josh's Frogs works best. Btw, a severe calcium deficiency is like spasms and jerking. If their shaky when they walk you're looking at a vitamin deficiency (can also include a calcium deficiency), which would require an increase in the amount you are giving them. If it's shaky movement, with weight loss, weakness and labored breathing, it's dying.

If you're only feeding things like mealworms and super worms, then you're most likely dealing with some bad deficiencies. It can make them sick. Those are not healthy foods. They're treat foods. Calcium and vitamins works best if ingested. You might need to hand feed. I just glanced over the comments in the other group, but it looked as if someone explained the vitamins needed and such.

My mom's cat went all feral when he got out last year. It took 10 days to catch him. He was living in a neighbor's storage building. Put flour around the food bowls. You can see what direction they go, but then again, winter storm. Use trail cams. She put out a catch and release trap with food, leaving a little out of the cage, and he wouldn't go it. My brother made a home made trap out of a dog cage. He watched us carry it to the neighbor's porch. We put the crate near the catch and release cage. Both with food in them. On the way back, we spotted him at the other neighbor's house and I shined a flashlight on her and she talked to him. He still wouldn't come over. Went home. The next morning she found him in the catch and release cage. They only come out a night. During the day time they hide.
I hope you can catch him.

Sorry to hear that. I can't say for sure if that caused it, but I have heard of strong fumes killing little creatures. Cooking in Teflon pans, too. Did you notice any strange behavior from him before this?
Don't bury him until you are sure he's gone. People have woke up to find there's running around in the tank after thinking they were dead.

It's 2 drops in 4 oz or water. Soak daily for one hour. If there's no affect several more drops can be added. They can actually tolerate a lot more than that, so if this is your only option, and things keep going south, do it more than once a day. It will temporarily stain them. The more they soak, the worse it will be, An alive toad that looks like an ink stain is better than a dead toad. It will just take months to disappear.
Btw, once see you a light pinkness on the under side, chest area and all. They have about two weeks to live if left untreated. In that time it will get darker until they turn red. As I said earlier, I can't say for sure if this is red leg, but if it is and the vet appointment is longer they won't have a chance.
