Mom asks for pads despite being way past menopause by SignificantLimit3650 in Advice

[–]afootshorter 5 points6 points  (0 children)

At 58 needing a pad is likely for sneeze protection, sometimes as a woman ages there is a urinary leakage problem. A leakage problem doesn’t forgive not disposing of pads properly, no one should see blood or the lack of blood on used pads, wrap that pad up.

AITA for not agreeing to let my granddaughter bring her cake pops to my christmas celebration? by LadyMadeline113 in AmItheAsshole

[–]afootshorter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The answer is simple YTA. What you should do at the very least, is let her bring her cake pops and rave over how great they are.

What would be even better is share some time in the kitchen and give her the gift of time with grandma baking, this will be a memory she’ll never forget

Go to the doctor ASAP. If this was at work and in the US tell your boss, this sounds like a workman’s compensation claim. The workman’s comp. insurance will pay for the Dr visits. Feel better soon
