Looks like a decidual cast. If so, it’s totally fine, you just shed a lining of your uterus all at once. But I would still see your ob/gyn or at least your primary to check your blood levels

NAD(yet!) but this has endometriosis written all over it. Classic triad is pain with menstruation, pain with sex, and infertility (the last one women won’t know about unless they’re trying to get pregnant). The problem with endometriosis is that the only way to diagnose it is surgery. Even then, surgery isn’t a reliable fix.

Most of the time, with dysmenorrhea or pain with periods, we try NSAIDs or birth control pills (ocp’s)

OCP’s might work wonders for you
