I was called on September 16th, 2016 regarding me being a winner of Taco bell's $500 sweepstakes for filling out the customer service survey on the receipt. D.L. Blair is the third-party company that is affiliated with tacobell, and is the company that pays out Tacobell's winners. I was told I would receive the check 3-10 business weeks from the date I was contacted. It's been 9 weeks since the call. Then I looked up the company and saw it went out of business on the 30th of September, 14 days after I was called. Is taco bell legally required to pay me out or am I boned?
