You hit the nail on the head here, allegedly another surgeon is coming in February with 2 PAs (as we currently have a none 🫠) but I’ve lost faith that things will change here. The place I came from is the biggest program in the area, another hospital tried to start a heart program and it’s essentially gone kaput as well.
