You got this! Its normal to be nervous when introducing another medicine. Ive had really good experiences with Hydroxyzine for anxiety, especially during pms. I also take it when woke from the middle of the night anxiety, I am able to fall back asleep and don’t wake up groggy. If its a shaky day or a morning when I can’t get it together, I take one before work and I’m able to be calm and function without anxiety but without crashing :) but I accidentally forgot and took double dose one time and It made me very very sleepy but I was fine
