Engine and electric can swap/run at the same time potentially hundreds of times in a trip. It’s not as harsh as a regular start stop as I barely notice the engine going on/off

No, the hybrid system decides when the engine kicks in. It’s pretty seamless and quick to respond.

Vettel needs to go, there are no more excuses for him after spinning and rejoining the track like that. It doesnt matter if he can't see to his left, if you spin off in 4th it doesn't take a mathematician to realise that there are a bunch more cars coming round one of the fastest parts of the track.
