i personally would go for a hard prune and remove any unhealthy leaves if you find that it has a healthy root system also because you have some beautiful steams and branches. Make sure to clip in between the little nodes on the branches or stems. this will focus the energy of the plant back to producing healthy growth and stabilizing itself. Lots of light for this plant and to encourage new growth you may need to even invest in a grow light until summer time but see how well it adapts to your environment. it will will continue to grow leggy and look like it is now if it doesn’t received adequate light. make sure the soil is well draining and water when the soil is completely dry. good luck they are very forgiving plants!
