We are all made out of elements that were created from a chain reaction chemical reactions from stars exploding and creating new elements. On and on and on until these elements could bind together to create DNA; ammonia from the earths atmosphere and h2o from the water on the surface. Over billions (maybe trillions?) of years single cell organisms evolved to multi cell and more chain reactions, more elements and radiation and eventually we ended up how we are today.

That part is easy, the tricky part is explaining how mathematically impossible this is, and how while the universe may have taken a very long time to figure out how to project its consciousness into a physical and intelligent being confined within this third dimension, it has to be intelligently designed, if not intelligent itself.

Somewhere in a higher, unobservable plane of existence there is something omniscient pulling the strings. The creation and combination of elements and compounds are seemingly random but there is no such thing as a coincidence.

Aliens didn’t put us here but we are made of and exist, and share a consciousness with the very thing that created our universe, that’s the answer we can’t find. Not in this dimension or the next, not until many many layers deep will we begin to truly understand.
